2. Payment & Fees:

- We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
- Any additional charges, such as baggage fees, will be as per the airline's policy.
3. Cancellations & Refunds:
- Cancellation policies vary by airline and hotel providers and are subject to their terms.
- Refunds will be processed as per the respective policy of the service provider and can take up to 14 business days.
- Service fees, taxes, and convenience charges are non-refundable.
4. User Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of personal details and travel documents.
- Follow all airline and hotel policies, including check-in deadlines and conduct guidelines.
- Comply with visa, passport, and health regulations as per the destination country.
5. Limitation of Liability:
We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for airline or hotel service failures, including cancellations, delays, or overbookings.
